Throw Up Your Hands at the Car, Kid
It's a shame there's no sound on this, even the usual Jam Handy announcer yelling from a not-sound-deadened room. But we see enough title cards and animated graphics to help the viewer through.
The dissolves are, well, different.
There are some comic shots of a kid running in front of a car and then stopping in front of it, with the director cutting to a ridiculous pose in front of a photo. Then, a car pulls out from a side street. Naturally, instead of barreling along, the front-projection film of it just stops, leaving the car in the middle of the street so it can be hit. That happens all the time.
I like the double-exposed cocktail shaker footage over a guy driving, implying he's drunk.
And we read how H.D. Fair of Madison, Wis., saved a life, thanks to "quick action" and his tires on his '38 Pontiac. Saved a life? He was trying to drive through an intersection while someone was already in a crosswalk. Learn to drive, H.D.
The footage of the 1930s cars is great and we even get some dashboard shots.

SCREECH
A nearly 15 minute movie about how US Royals tires are THE SAFEST TIRES EVER MADE! Yes, demo after demo of this wonder tire is shown. It's not much that could have been demonstrated in a shorter time. Still, this film DOES have some killer fonts and edit which rival any movie trailer made during that time. Love the "This Could Happen To You!" demos at the beginning.. the rest is a bit of a chore.
